WHAT DO WE DO?

Odmark works with leadership teams, boards, and ownership groups of two types of clients:  Institutional investors, and growth companies.  In all cases, Odmark brings objectivity, analytic rigor, candor, and conflict free advice. 

Odmark serves institutional investors, including non-profit endowments and foundations, and wealthy families.  Many past assignments included helping to determine the right investment model, whether that is using an outsourced chief investment officer (OCIO), working with an investment consultant, or building an in-house investment office.  Odmark works with clients to then implement that model, typically through a search process for a firm that is the best fit for the client.  In some cases, Odmark has worked with the client to hire an in-house investment team.  In addition, Odmark works with clients to assess the effectiveness of their investment program, including benchmarking performance and fees, evaluating investment firms versus industry best practices, and assessing the clients' investment processes and governance.

The Odmark team also works with growth companies and their investors on business strategy.  This often includes deep work to better understand the strength of their customer relationships through detailed customer analytics and feedback processes.
